Your personal information is your contact information, such as, your name, company, email address, mailing address, phone numbers, and other personally identifiable information as noted below (“Personal Information”), as part of the buying and selling process. Personal Information does not include, and these Privacy Policies do not apply to, “aggregated” information for which information identifiable to a person has been removed.
For example, Personal Information does not include, without limitation, information about the number of users on the site, services requested, and general geographic references of users without specific addresses. Information we obtain in the normal course of your visit to the site, such as, your internet protocol (IP) address, browser type, operating system, referring site, and your activity on our site is not Personal Information provided this information is aggregated and is not linked to an identifiable person.

The Personal Information we collect is not shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you have requested, to provide you with news and information about our products, services and events, to improve our website as provided for below, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

Protection of Your Personal Information
We will take reasonable precautions to protect your Personal Information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. However, we cannot guarantee that your Personal Information will not be lost, misused, accessed without authorization, disclosed, altered or destroyed (collectively, “Unauthorized Use”). Third Party Services Providers
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We use additional use third party service providers to assist us in processing your Personal Information, and we require that such third parties take reasonable precautions to protect Personal Information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. As of the date above, we use Acies Communications, www.acies.com, as our website service provider, and MailChimp www.MailChimp.com, for occasional e-mail blasts. We may use other third party service providers as well. We are not responsible for third party service providers, but will enforce any rights that we have on your behalf.
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.

You may ask us to confirm the Personal Information that we have of you and update it or request that we delete it. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to timely delete your Personal Information in our possession, subject to any legal requirements to maintain a record of it.
